Longaberger - Lemon Crescents with Kathy Eakle

I love sharing,especially when it comes to showing people how to make life a little easier, and with Longaberger products, it is easy to microwave food.   Kathy is the demonstrator for the day.

 Today's recipe is Lemon Crescents, and the it calls for:

 1 package Lemon Dessert Mix (Longaberger, of course)

 1 box cream cheese

 1 can crescent rolls

 1 Grandma Bonnie Pie Plate (your choice of color)

 Mix cream cheese and packet of Lemon Dessert Mix together until blended well. Spread a thin layer of mixture on crescent and roll up -- starting with the wide end. Place in pie plate. Continue until all 8 crescents are done. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes -- nice dark golden brown color. Remove from the oven, spray with butter spray or rub stick butter over the top to moisten. Sprinkle with powder sugar and enjoy!

 NOTE: You will have enough dessert mix to do 32 Crescents. The mix can be stored in the fridge or bake a larger batch in your Large Low Bowl, depending on how many you need! THEY WILL DISAPPEAR FAST!
